The Pike Trail Camp Chair is designed differently than most chairs its size. Ours weighs only 2.2 pounds but is Strong Enough to Hold Up to 330 pounds!! Nice chair for the price. Very comparable to backpack chairs at two or three times the price. I set up when I received the chair. It seems to be very sturdy. I will use this for going to the beach so the folded compactness is great. I cannot speak to durability but if there are any issues I will write another review
