Snake Gaiters Leg Guards

These gaiters performed perfectly. I had to do land clearing among cacti, Spanish bayonets, and other low-growing sharp, spiny plants. Some of these plants will stab and easily go through your leg. Not with these gaiters! Their hard shell repelled the plants and nothing stuck in the gaiter fabric. They also helped keep the dirt from finding its way into my work boots. At first, they can be awkward adjusting to them, but after several hours, I didn't even feel like I was wearing them. Well done, Pike Trail!

I was thinking about snake gators that are easy to put on, easy to take off, and could be used by multiple people without much customization. I found these to be the perfect solution; they're simple to wear, and since they can be adjusted to fit various body sizes, both my wife and I can use them. My challenge is working in a backyard that tends to have snakes in the spring, so I was looking for something that would be easy to wear over my existing clothing, and this fits the bill.

My only complaint is that the strap that goes under the boot is not long enough when I'm actually wearing boots, but it's not a big deal.

The gaiters seem well made for the money, haven't had the opportunity to use them yet but think they will hold up to a lot of use.
