I live in the mountains and these snake gaiters look awesome and well made. I ordered a pair for my wife to protect while mowing yard and decided on two pair to have one for myself.

These snake gaiters did their job wonderfully! Easy to strap on, durable through multiple forest treks, and full coverage around the ankles and up the legs! Definitely a reliable purchase and under great management! Customer service was A++!

This is my second pair I bought this pair for my wife. We go hiking and camping in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, where there’s a lot of snakes and so far these things are amazing. Very comfortable very durable. It just makes sense.

I like them fine but I'm worried that the plastic strap that goes under my boots won't last & it's just a matter of time before it tears. The whole set up, under the boot, buckle and all just looks flimsy.

Trying to clear out a woodsy, high grass area in the mountains with out fear or copperheads. It gave me the confidence to do it. Easy to use- good coverage and not heavy

These gaiters performed perfectly. I had to do land clearing among cacti, Spanish bayonets, and other low-growing sharp, spiny plants. Some of these plants will stab and easily go through your leg. Not with these gaiters! Their hard shell repelled the plants and nothing stuck in the gaiter fabric. They also helped keep the dirt from finding its way into my work boots. At first, they can be awkward adjusting to them, but after several hours, I didn't even feel like I was wearing them. Well done, Pike Trail!

I was thinking about snake gators that are easy to put on, easy to take off, and could be used by multiple people without much customization. I found these to be the perfect solution; they're simple to wear, and since they can be adjusted to fit various body sizes, both my wife and I can use them. My challenge is working in a backyard that tends to have snakes in the spring, so I was looking for something that would be easy to wear over my existing clothing, and this fits the bill.

My only complaint is that the strap that goes under the boot is not long enough when I'm actually wearing boots, but it's not a big deal.

The gaiters seem well made for the money, haven't had the opportunity to use them yet but think they will hold up to a lot of use.

A friend lent these to me for a trip I took through Death Valley. Unfortunately as I was jogging up the trail, a rattler was just behind a rock where I couldn’t see it. It lunged as I came up on it, bit into the gaiter and it’s fangs got stuck. As it was squirming, I pulled out my knife that I always have holstered on my thigh pack. I grabbed it by the tail and cut off it’s head. Crazy experience. So glad I had these!

I recently gave these as a gift to a very dear friend who runs ditch in Southern Colorado. He was so excited when he saw his b-day present! He has never had a pair before and couldn’t wait to use them. Apparently Prairie Rattlers are extremely aggressive bastards and continue to strike time after time if so inclined. We have no doubt that these will keep him safe; a lot safer than the others on the crew. That’s for damn sure. We are so happy to have such a wonderful tool. In the past had he been bitten it could have been quite serious as help is not close. Josh is an awesome guy to deal with and really helped me with my purchase. Thank you again for everything. I have the hiking gators which are great on trails & soft snow & wanted something more rigid & protective when going off trail in winter thru layers of snow & ice. These proved to be great, went off 8km trailing with my 2 Great Danes! They are rigid and the straps hold the gators in place, very comfortable and not heavy. Worth every penny!
