When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

DELIVERY POLICY
Apparel orders entered on a business day, by 10 am Central Time ship the same day. Orders entered after 10 am Central Time will ship the following business day. Orders entered on a non-business day, will ship the following business day. (Monday-Friday)
****If ordered through Amazon please return back to Amazon. Please follow Amazon’s guidelines when returning. We will not accept merchandise that was purchased from Amazon as Amazon requires products purchased on their website to be returned to them for reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY
At Pike Trail we stand behind what we sell. While we hope you’re always satisfied with your order, we understand there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply download and complete this RETURNS FORM and enclose it with the items and post back to:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will accept a return for credit, full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size or other item of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with receipt of purchase.

Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Pike Trail cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. All returned merchandise must be received by Pike Trail prior to receiving a refund or credit. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

BACKORDER POLICY
Merchandise on backorder is temporarily out of stock. If we are unable to ship any merchandise on backorder within sixty (60) days from the day of your order, we will notify you at the e-mail address and/or phone number that you have provided. All Items in an order will be shipped via the shipping service type when placing the order. The status of a backordered item will remain processing until the merchandise is in stock. We will contact you within 24 hours after your order is placed (Monday-Friday), if purchased after 11am on Friday through Sunday we will be in touch with you on the following Monday (exception of Holidays).
