At Pike Trail we stand behind what we sell. While we hope you’re always satisfied with your order, we understand there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply download and complete this RETURNS FORM and enclose it with the items and post back to:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will accept a return for credit, full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size or other item of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with receipt of purchase.
Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Pike Trail cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. All returned merchandise must be received by Pike Trail prior to receiving a refund or credit. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Pike Trail products are designed in house by Pike Trail design team members who live in Colorado, California, Maine, Missouri, Texas, and Florida. Our team is comprised of outdoor enthusiasts who are all passionate about the outdoor experience and make products that we are not only proud of but also use ourselves.

How Should I Set up the full-length hiking gaiters?
1. Open the gaiter
- Slip strap under your foot starting with your heel, making sure the gaiter wraps around the back of your leg, fastening over the front of your leg. Make sure logo is facing outside of leg.
- Fasten buttons on the bottom of gaiter.
- Pull bottom of gaiter down and attach shoe lace clip to your shoe laces.
- Enclose side Velcro for desired fit
- Snap button on the top of the gaiter
- Finally, adjust micro-tension cord on the top, rear of gaiter for desired tightness.

We stand behind our products. Pike trail products are designed for aggressive use in any outdoor environment. Our warranty lasts one (1) year from the date of original purchase of any product. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.
