Apparel orders entered on a business day, by 10 am Central Time ship the same day. Orders entered after 10 am Central Time will ship the following business day. Orders entered on a non-business day, will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
Hiking Equipment Returns And Exchanges
At Pike Trail, we stand behind what we sell. While we hope you’re always satisfied with your order, we understand there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply download and complete this RETURNS FORM and enclose it with the items and post back to:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will accept a return for credit, full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size, or another item of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with receipt of purchase.
Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Pike Trail cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. All returned merchandise must be received by Pike Trail prior to receiving a refund or credit. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
